Cancellations

All orders may be processed within 24 hours, and once processed the order can no longer be canceled without penalty.
  • Orders cancelled within 24 hours and prior to processing will incur a cancellation fee of 5% of the order total to cover all applicable administrative and processing costs. 
  • Orders cancelled any time after processing, but prior to shipment will incur a cancellation fee of 10% of the order total to cover all applicable administrative and processing costs. 
  • Orders cancelled any time after a shipping label has been created will incur a cancellation/restocking fee of 15% of the order total to cover all applicable administrative and processing costs. 
We strive to provide you with the best customer service possible, and we understand that sometimes circumstances arise that may require you to cancel your order. However, we also have costs associated with processing and handling all orders, and we ask that you understand the aforementioned cancellation policy.
