As the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) crisis continues to unfold worldwide, I want to personally share with you the steps we are taking here at Dieselogic. The Coronavirus outbreak puts us in uncharted waters, and we continue to monitor the latest information in order to make the best decisions.  The health and welfare of our employees and their families are our main priorities during this period. Equally important is serving our customers.  We are open for business, have all our healthy employees reporting for work, and we remain in contact with our supply base to manage the flow of material.

We are carefully monitoring the COVID-19 situation and following guidance from leading health authorities (the World Health Organization, the European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control, and the U.S. Center for Disease Control and Prevention). We have always taken the cleanliness of our production facilities very seriously, and we know that vigilance is more important now than ever. In addition to an accelerated cleaning and disinfecting protocol, Dieselogic has HEPA filtration in our ventilation system and we have always added a constant 1200 CFM fresh air 24/7 a day to accomplish several primary indoor air quality goals:

  • Pressurizes our building keeping dust to a minimum for cleanroom assembly of our quality award-winning fiber optic tested diesel injectors.
  • Constant fresh air pumped into our building allows us to have a consistent venting of fumes from our remanufacturing process.
  • Increases indoor air quality by diluting polluted or stale indoor air keeping our employees safe from chemicals used in our remanufacturing process.
  • OSHA tested our plant air quality and quoted it “as clean as a hospital”.

The health and safety of our employees, customers, and communities are paramount. We are encouraging our employees to follow recommended best practices including frequent hand washing and staying home if they are feeling ill.

We ask that no outside business representatives visit our facilities during this time.  We will use web-based meeting applications for any group meetings that need to be conducted.
